Annual Demographic Registration Updates are Now Due

The Annual Demographic Update was emailed to ALL parents/guardians of students in Wolf Creek on Tuesday, August 19th. The email was sent from Wolf Creek Public Schools (please check your Junk Mail as well). Please follow the instructions and link sent to you via email or use the Parent Portal instructions below.
All families are required to complete the Demographic Update.
It is important that schools have the correct phone numbers, addresses, contact information, medical information, permissions, etc., for all students. Failure to complete this update could impact your child's participation in physical activities, such as the Terry Fox Walk on September 26th, and access to digital tools and services.
Please login to your Parent Portal Account, if you don't have one yet, please create one. Go to: https://wolfcreek.powerschool.com/public/home.html and follow the steps below to access the applicable form.
1. Log into Parent Portal. Navigate to the School Engage icon at the bottom left column of the menu.
2. Once School Engage launches, you will see a red circle beside 'Students'.
3. Click on 'Students' to open the list of your students.
4. Choose one of your students with a red circle.
5. Look to the right of your screen under FORMS to access this specific form.
6. Click on the 2025-2026 Student Demographic Update Form.
7. Click on the blue square to open the form.
8. Fill out all applicable fields, changing any relevant information. Ensure all Parents/Guardians are entered under "Contacts" not "Emergency Contacts". Relatives, grandparents, friends, and/or caseworkers will be your Emergency Contacts.
9. Click “SUBMIT” after completing the form.
10. Once your form has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email.
