Grade 4-Bell, 4-Phillips, and 6-Rost Permission Forms are now online in your Parent Portal.
Fees - click on the box beside $, then go to Permission Forms down below. Permission Form - click on "Permission Forms", then click on the picture for Swimming. Complete the full form and add it to the "Cart" (up top to the right). Click on the cart and submit payment and the form.
